One hour nutrition and wellness consultation in a private setting; includes a computerized health analysis, ph testing, protocol, individualized nutrition and menu plan and a 45 minute follow-up appointment scheduled at your convenience.
Follow-Up Consultation: $55.00 - these 45 minutes brief but critical appointments enable any client to stay on track
Back on Track: A Wellness and Nutrition Package: $299.00
4 week program that includes an initial one hour consultation to determine your health and nutrition needs, ph testing, protocol, 3 weeks of individualized menu planning, 30 minute follow-ups at weeks 2 and 4.
Lean-Up 6 Week Program: $499.00
A short term program suited to lose your last 5-15 pounds.
If you’ve always desired a leaner and trimmer physical shape
then this is the program for you.
Weight Loss for Life Program: $699.00
This long term intimate and guided program will take you through an entire process of self-discovery through visualization,recollection, and re-commitment to health. Bi-weekly appointments are the key to this program’s success.

This 6 week weight loss program is ready to run for any qualified nutrition practitioner. Includes weekly handouts, 6 weeks of menu planning, grocery lists and a simple ready to run guide.
